This is a fabulous hotel with its own unique style. It is spotlessly clean and our room was very comfortable. What makes this hotel is the staff, who are kind, caring and go out of their way to make sure we are happy with everything. We felt looked after! A special shout out to the beautiful Rose who helped us check in and showed us around and of course two other beautiful ladies Erica and Anita - all of these ladies made our stay so special. I do need to mention the excellent and complimentary (and unexpected) afternoon tea - this was delicious, and added a touch of class - although not good for the waist line! And the bedtime cookies!!! We also had Dinner one night and compliments to the chef as this was delicious! Highly recommend staying in this hotel. Every member of staff who works here were kind and helpful so thank you, to you ALL for making our stay so great 😊

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was well-equipped and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made the stay extra pleasant. The location is perfect – close to the beach. The hotel also offers a great breakfast selection especially for a vegetarian. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail received from Anita, Mia and Flora. It’s clear that the team takes pride in maintaining a high standard of service. I would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed hotel.

Ms. Rose and Anita, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that you had a nice stay. The hotel's rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. The hotel is well situated across the street from the beach. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection to suit every palate. Anybody contemplating a trip to the stunning city of Da Nang should definitely check out this hotel, in my opinion.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy, they are so friendly and kind. We had a Seaview room and enjoyed the view. The room was clean, beautifully decorated and very spacious. The mattress and pillows suited our needs perfectly. The breakfast was outstanding, providing a plentiful array of dishes to suit all palettes. We enjoyed the afternoon tea and complementary Pho with live entertainment. Overall a great experience and we will not hesitate to stay at Monarque Hotel again.

The team went over and above to make us welcome and help with every detail. We really appreciate Gaga on the reception, Jolie, Mia, and Amy who looked after us at breakfast and in reception and Yuri who served us dinner and breakfast and had the biggest smile in Vietnam. The staff absolutely make this place.
